Sunday Service

We got a lot of snow this last Sunday--about 5-6 inches I would say and the kids felt in the giving mood and talked Mom and Dad into helping.  No bragging just joyful that my kids got us doing something helpful and I have to say it really was fun and rewarding too.  I will not say how many driveways got a clean out, but it was an amazing number for this little bunch.  Even little William was out there with his little snow shovel cleaning tiny spots.  But it comes to show that many hands do make lite work--even little hands.  The kids did so good and we were having such fun together that we even took time to build a snowman and have a snowball fight.  Emily was having a not so good day and the cold seems to bother her so she stayed in, but I know her spirit was with us and she then helped care for William inside as he got too cold to endure to the end of our fun.  Thanks to my little ones for their example of service--there is never a better time to serve than NOW...they even did it right after church before eating--which says alot about the character they showed this day.

it was clean when we started--I promise--the snow didn't want to stop

Veta said we needed a little one too--She knows that great things come in small packages.
